David Horsager in his research wanted to know what made successful leaders successful. He was not looking only at leaders who were successful financially but those that also had a significant positive impact on those they served over time. He discovered in his research on the underlying connection between success and trust, that there were 8 key areas that he refers to as pillars. These pillars hold up or support the Trust Edge.
